Raise Your Game Programme –Lau Hok Ming

The Raise your game programme was an exceptional Experience. Receiving regular and honest feedback on my performances enabled me to work on the finer details on my game that would allow me to progress to the next stage in my career. My confidence was kept sky high all season which is something I will always remember. My transfer to Eastern FC owes a great deal of credit to the raise your game programme.

Personal Transformation Programme – James Ha

The personal transformation programme has proven to be a lifechanging experience, I have learned how to repair and maintain self esteem and block out uncontrollable external factors. My game was dissected and analyzed in a manner that made it easy to understand how to get back to the performances that had previously earned me a National Team call up. At the end of the season I managed to earn a new and improved contract, finish as top scorer, get into the league team of the season and get recalled for the National Team. The level of detail received to transform my game was of the highest order and the compassionate caring nature of the mentors made the difference.

Overseas Development Programme – Adrian Cheung

To get the opportunity to train with QPR as part of the overseas development programme was an honor and real eye opener into the intensity of training in the UK. I was luck enough to get expert coaching tips from coach and former Premier league striker Paul Furlong that helped me earn a call up to the Hong Kong U18 National Team. I feel as though I have developed as a person and player thanks to this experience.
